Order Processing
Your order is reviewed and processed by our admin team within 24 hours of purchase. -
Production Timeline
Each item is handmade to order, moving through:- Joinery
- Upholstery
- Packaging and hand-wrapping

Courier Booking by Region
Deliveries are coordinated by region and typically occur as follows:
- Midlands, South East, and North West England: Saturday or Sunday
- South Wales & South West England: Wednesday
- Scotland & North East England: Thursday
- North Scotland (DD, KY, KW, IV, PA, PH, AB): £70 surcharge payable separately after order is placed
Delivery Costs & Surcharges
Free Delivery on orders over £100 within mainland Great Britain, except in surcharge areas:
- Central Scotland (FK, G, ML, EH, TD, DG, KA): £14.95
- Northern Ireland: £170 (payable separately post-confirmation)
- We do not deliver to the Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, or Isle of Skye
Missed or Cancelled Deliveries
- Failed Delivery Fee: £80 if you miss your confirmed delivery slot

Cancellation: If you need to cancel a booked delivery, please notify us before the day of delivery.
Same-day cancellations incur a £80 fee with no exceptions.
Delivery Communication
You will receive a text or email 24 hours prior to your delivery.
Please inform us at checkout if:
- Your property is under renovation
- Completion is pending
- You’re unavailable for weekend deliveries
Delivery Logistics & Handling
We do not use national courier services for most orders. Instead, we partner with a specialist logistics company to ensure your furniture is handled with extra care.
- 1-man delivery service with ground floor drop-off only
- Drivers are not insured to enter your property
- For special requests (e.g. room delivery or assembly), please contact us before ordering
Deliveries are made Monday to Sunday, excluding bank holidays.
If your allocated day is unsuitable, our courier partner will work with you to reschedule.
Important Delivery Information
- Delivery hours: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Weather delays: May affect delivery times
- Scotland & South West England: May experience delays of up to 4 extra weeks
Access & Fit Checks
Before placing your order, please ensure your furniture will fit into your space.
If our courier cannot complete the delivery due to restricted access, up to 50% of the item’s value may be charged to cover production, transport, and admin costs.
